The FIABCI Prix d'Excellence national award is set to take place in Georgia on October 12, with the gala ceremony highlighting the best real estate projects in Batumi. This year's event has sparked unprecedented interest, and the registration phase is now closed. Submitted projects are currently under review by an international jury of real estate experts. The winning projects will not only receive national recognition but will also have the chance to be showcased globally, representing Georgia at the world awards.
The event will feature high-ranking international guests from FIABCI, real estate professionals from various countries, local officials from the Adjara region, and representatives from the local real estate sector.
Prior to the awards ceremony, the second Real Estate and Tourism Forum, titled "Building for a Sustainable Future," will be held. This forum, organized by FIABCI-Georgia and co-organized by Property Georgia, will explore real estate and tourism investment opportunities in Georgia, with a particular focus on Adjara.
