Organized by the Georgian representative of the International Real Estate Federation, FIABCI-Georgia, on October 28, 2022, the first national gala awarding of projects Prix d'Excellence - Oscars of real estate was held.

The FIABCI-Georgia Prix d'Excellence event was held in Georgia for the first time in 2022. The award ceremony was held with the support of "Bank of Georgia", "Galt & Taggart", "Digital Area". Selected projects at the national level were identified by leading experts in the field from different countries of the world together with local members of the jury, According to internationally recognized criteria by FIABCI. The winning companies at the national level participated in the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards held in MIAMI.

The winner of the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards 2023 in the category "Best Public Infrastructure" was "Batumi Stadium".

"Meama" became the winner in the "innovative office building" category.

And, in the "General Plan" category, "Green City on Lis" became the winner.

The FIABCI-Georgia Prix d'Excellence awards gathered the leading players of the real estate sector from more than 20 countries of the world in one space. To be a unique platform for finding business opportunities, learning and networking. In parallel with the award ceremony, the international conference "Building Smart, Green and Liveable Cities" was held, as well as site visits of development projects.
